Return Policy
7-Day Easy Return: If you’re not fully satisfied with your product, you can request a
return within 7 days of receiving it – no questions asked.
Condition for Return: Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable
condition.
Video Required: Please send an unboxing video and a short clip showing the issue (if
any) to speed up the return process.
Free Pickup: For eligible locations, our courier partner will collect the product from your
doorstep.
Refund Policy
Refund Process: Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued
to your original payment method or your preferred wallet within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items: Certain hygiene or personal items may not be eligible for
return/refund unless defective.
Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds for COD orders are processed via Easypaisa,
JazzCash, or bank transfer.
Replacement Policy
Defective or Wrong Product? We’re sorry! Request a replacement within 7 days of
delivery.
Quick Dispatch: Once verified, we’ll send a fresh product and collect the faulty one at
the time of delivery.
Video Proof Needed: Unboxing video and video of the issue is required for all
replacement claims.
